2. Orders & Approvals

All custom patch orders require final approval of artwork, materials, and payment before production begins.

Once production has started, any changes or cancellations may depend on the production stage and could result in additional charges.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is determined based on design complexity, size, quantity, and selected materials or backing options. Quotes remain valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.

Production will begin only after full payment or an approved deposit is received. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and approved purchase orders.

4. Production & Shipping

Standard production timelines range between 7 to 14 business days after final approval. Expedited services may be available upon request.

Shipping durations vary depending on the destination. Xpress Patches is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or weather conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting your design, you confirm that you own the rights or have proper authorization to use the artwork. Xpress Patches is not responsible for any unauthorized or infringing submissions.

We reserve the right to display completed projects for promotional purposes unless a written non-disclosure request is submitted before production begins.

6. Warranty & Returns

We stand behind the quality and accuracy of our craftsmanship based on the approved design proof. If an error occurs on our end, we will correct or replace the order at no additional cost.

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of defects or discrepancies from the approved specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xpress Patches shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
