Xpress Patches is a custom manufacturer of embroidered, PVC, chenille, leather, woven and sublimated patches. Quotes are non-binding until both parties confirm in writing. To place an order you pay the issued invoice up front; our team then prepares a digital proof, and production begins once you approve that proof.
By submitting artwork you confirm you own or have written authorization to use all logos, characters, names, trademarks and other protected material in your submission. You agree we may decline orders that violate our IP Policy or applicable law. We do not produce hate-related, violent, adult, weapon-related, drug-related, illegal or regulated content.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and assume the specifications submitted. Material costs and shipping rates change; quotes may be re-issued if specifications change. We do not advertise 'guaranteed cheapest' pricing or 'instant approval' — every quote is reviewed by a human.
Production timelines are good-faith estimates based on current capacity and the chosen product. We do not promise specific delivery dates we cannot reasonably keep. Shipping times are estimates from the carrier and excluded from production time.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the price paid for the affected items. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in San Francisco County, California.
