When you request a quote, contact us, or place an order, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), shipping address, the artwork you upload, and details of your project. We also collect automatic site analytics — page views, device type, referring site — to improve the experience. We do not store full payment card details; those are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal under their respective security and privacy policies.
We use your information to: prepare and deliver your quote, communicate with you about your order, manage shipping and customer service, comply with legal and tax obligations, and — only if you opt in — send occasional marketing emails. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Marketing email is optional and unchecked by default at quote time. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing privacy@xpresspatches.com. Transactional emails (order status, proof links, payment requests) are not marketing and will be sent regardless of opt-in status — they are required to operate your order.
We retain artwork files you submit for the duration of your active project, plus 90 days for reorders. You may request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@xpresspatches.com. We do not use customer artwork for our own marketing without your written permission.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to opt out of any data sale (we don't sell data) and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
